Ensure you answer all the questions with as much detail as possible to help the investigation.

Please use the email address associated with your Binance Visa Debit Card. If you do not, we will need to confirm your identity, which may delay the investigation.
If you do not have access to that email address anymore or you are unsure which email address is associated with your card, please provide the following information in the “Description” section.
- Your Full Name
- First Line of your Address
- Area / Zip Code
- Date of Birth
- First and Last 4 Digits of your card
If you are unable to confirm any of the above, please attach a colour copy of your photo ID so Solaris can confirm your identity.
